I got involved in this project with my friend Mike Russell in about 1997, and since then have produced character designs, dozens of sketches, paintings, over forty comic strips and eight Christmas cards. As I've now moved on to my own projects, the very talented Shelley Pleger has taken over as Vicki's official artist. Working on this one was good practise for creating a cartoon "universe" to someone else's specs.
